指定欄數，以及頁面樣式、外框或區塊的欄版式。

若要使用此指令...

From the menu bar:

Choose Format - Columns.

Choose Format - Title Page, select the page style, click Edit.

Choose Format - Page Style - Columns tab.

Choose Insert - Frame - Frame - Columns tab.

Choose View - Styles - Page Styles - open context menu for selected page style - New/Edit Style - Columns tab.

Choose Format - Frame and Object - Properties - Columns tab.

Choose Insert - Section - Columns tab.

Choose Format - Section - Options button - Columns tab.

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Layout - Page Columns - More Options - Columns tab.

On the Layout menu and the Layout tab, choose Page Columns.

您可以從預先定義的欄的版面配置中選取，或自行建立。當您將版面配置套用到頁面樣式，使用此樣式的所有頁面都會更新。類似地，當您對欄的版面配置套用到外框樣式，使用此樣式的所有的框都會更新。您也可以變更用於單個框的欄的版面配置。

文字方向

指定使用複合文字版面配置 (CTL) 段落的文字方向。除非已啟用複合文字版面配置，否則無法使用此功能。

預覽欄位

Displays a preview of the current selection.

欄版面配置預覽僅顯示欄而不顯示周圍的頁面。

欄寬及間隔

自動調整寬度

建立等寬的欄。

If the AutoWidth check box is not selected, enter the width and spacing options for the columns.

Column

顯示相鄰欄的欄號以及寬度和間隔。

箭頭向左

將顯示的欄向左移動一欄。

箭頭向右

將顯示的欄向右移動一欄。

Right Arrow Icon

寬度

輸入此欄的寬度。

間隔

輸入您要在欄之間留出的間隔。

分隔線

只有在您的版面配置包含一個以上的欄時，這個區塊才可用。

Style

選取用於欄分隔線的格式樣式。如果您不要分隔線，請選擇「無」。

Width

Enter width of the separator line.

Color

Select a color for the separator line.

高度

以欄區塊高度的百分比形式輸入分隔線的長度。

位置

選取分隔線的垂直對齊。只有在此線條的[高度]值小於 100% 時，此選項才可用。
