您可以將任何文字檔 (包括 HTML 文件中的文字) 匯入投影片中。

若要從檔案將文字插入投影片中，請：

1. In the place where you want to insert the text, choose .

2. 選取[檔案類型]為「文字」或「HTML 文件」。

3. 尋找包含您所要加入文字的檔案，然後，按一下[貼上]。

如果文字檔包含的文字無法全部插入單張投影片，您可以將文字分到數個投影片中。

1. 在已插入的文字中連按兩下，進入編輯模式。

2. Select all of the text that lies below the visible slide area and press +X.

3. Choose , and then press +V.

4. 重複步驟 1 至 3，直到將全部文字都置於投影片上。
