You can dock the Navigator to the edge of your workspace.

Drag and drop slides and named objects into the active slide. You can only insert slides and named objects from a saved file. You can only insert named objects as copies.

Show Shapes

在子功能表中，您可以選擇顯示所有形狀的清單，或僅顯示已命名的形狀。在清單中使用拖放功能可重新排列形狀。設定投影片的焦點之後，若按 Tab 鍵，則會選取定義順序中的下一個形狀。
