定义索引条目

1. 点击某个字词，或者在文档中选择要用作索引条目的字词。

2. 选择「插入 - 目录与索引 - 索引条目」，并执行以下操作之一:

• 要更改索引中出现的文本，请在「条目」框输入您想要的文本。您输入的文本不会替代文档中选中的文本。

• To add index entries for all other occurrences of the selected entry text in your document, select Apply to all other occurrences.

• 要向自定义索引中添加条目，请点击「新建用户定义索引」图标，输入索引名称并点击「确定」。

定义目录条目

The best way to generate a table of contents is to apply the predefined “Heading N” paragraph styles, such as “Heading 1”, to the paragraphs that you want to include in your table of contents.

将自定义段落样式用作目录条目

1. Choose Tools - Heading Numbering and click the Numbering tab.

2. 在「段落样式」框中，选择要包含在目录中的段落样式。

3. In the Level list, click the level for the paragraph style.

4. 点击「确定」。现在，您可以对文档中的各个标题应用该样式，并将这些标题包含在目录中。
