Manage Styles
通过侧边栏「样式」窗格应用、创建、编辑、添加和删除格式样式。双击条目可应用该样式。
To dock the Styles window, drag its title bar to the left or to the right side of the workspace. To undock the window, double-click a free space on its toolbar.
「样式」窗格默认显示所有可用样式的预览。可以通过取消选中样式列表下方的「显示预览」复选框来禁用预览。
样式类别
段落样式
Displays formatting styles for paragraphs. Use paragraph styles to apply the same formatting, such as font, numbering, and layout to the paragraphs in your document.
字符样式
显示字符的格式样式。字符样式用于使段落中选中的文字应用字体样式。
框架样式
显示用于框架的格式样式。框架样式用于对框架的版式和位置进行格式化。
页面样式
显示用于页面的格式样式。页面样式用于确定页面的版式，包括是否显示页眉与页脚。
列表样式
显示用于编号列表和项目符号列表的格式样式。 使用列表样式来格式化编号与项目符号的字符，以及指定缩进。
Table Styles
Displays formatting styles for tables. Use table styles to apply borders, backgrounds, fonts, alignment, and number formats to tables.
对文档中的选中对象或文本应用选中样式。点击此图标，然后在文档中拖出一个选中范围，以应用此样式。要退出此模式，请再次点击图标，或按 Esc 键。

How to apply a Character style to a selected text

Select the text.

Double-click the desired character style in the Styles window.
How to apply a Paragraph style

Place the cursor in the paragraph, or select multiple paragraphs.

Double-click the desired paragraph style in the Styles window.
You can assign shortcut keys to Styles from the - Keyboard tab. Some shortcuts are predefined. Command+0Ctrl+0 (zero) applies the Body Text paragraph style. Heading 1 through Heading 5 paragraph styles can be applied by using the CommandCtrl key and the heading number. For example Command+2Ctrl+2 applies the Heading 2 paragraph style.
The Formatting (Styles) toolbar contains icons for applying and modifying styles.
