脚注/尾注

在文档中插入脚注或尾注。批注标记将被插入到光标当前所在的位置。您可以选择自动编号或自定义符号。

以下说明对脚注与尾注均适用。

脚注被插入到页面的结尾处，而尾注则被插入到文档的结尾处。

编号

选择脚注与尾注要使用的编号类型。

自动

Automatically assigns consecutive numbers to the footnotes or endnotes that you insert. To change the settings for automatic numbering, choose Tools - Footnote/Endnote Settings.

字符

Choose this option to define a character or symbol for the current footnote. This can be either a letter, number or special character.

选择

Inserts a special character as a footnote or endnote anchor.

类型

选择是插入脚注还是插入尾注。尾注与脚注是分别进行编号的。

脚注

在文档中的当前光标位置插入脚注定位标记，并在页面底端添加脚注。

尾注

在文档中光标的当前位置处插入尾注锁定标记，并在文档结尾添加尾注。
