New Style From Selection

Adds a paragraph style with the settings of the current selection. You will be prompted to enter the style name.

Choose Styles - New Style From Selection.

From the keyboard:

Shift + F11

From the sidebar:

On the Styles Actions menu of the Styles sidebar, choose New Style From Selection.
