显示

选择此命令可以重新显示之前隐藏的行或列。

要访问此命令...

From the menu bar:

选择「格式 - 行 - 显示」。

选择「格式 - 列 - 显示」。

From the context menu:

Click on the rows headers to select, choose Show Rows.

Click on the columns headers to select, choose Show Columns.

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Home - Rows - Show Rows.

Choose Home - Columns - Show Columns.

Choose Layout - Rows - Show Rows.

Choose Layout - Columns - Show Columns.

From toolbars:

To show a column or row, select the range of rows or columns containing the hidden elements, then apply the command.

例如，要显示B列，请点击A列的列标签，然后扩展选区到C列，然后选择「格式 - 列 - 显示」。如果A列之前被隐藏，而现在想要让其显示，请选择B列的列标签，不要松开鼠标，继续向左拖动。名称区域显示的已选择区域从 B1:B1048576 变为了 A1:B1048576。然后选择「格式 - 列 - 显示」。若要显示隐藏的行，操作方法类似。

要显示所有隐藏的单元格，首先请点击左上角的区域，这会选择表格的所有单元格。
