DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Kiểu

Lists the available field types.

Kiểu	Nghĩa
Nội dung	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Tạo	Chèn tên của tác giả, và ngày/giờ tạo tài liệu.
Custom	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Từ khoá	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
In cuối	Chèn tên của tác giả, và ngày/giờ in cuối cùng tài liệu đó.
Sửa đổi	Chèn tên của tác giả, và ngày/giờ lưu cuối cùng.
Revision number	Chèn số thứ tự phiên bản của tài liệu hiện tại.
Chủ đề	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Tựa đề	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Chèn khoảng thời gian đã chỉnh sửa tài liệu đó.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Đối với các kiểu trường « Tạo », « Sửa đổi « và « In cuối », bạn cũng có thể kèm thêm tên của tác giả, và ngày/giờ của thao tác tương ứng.

Định dạng

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Nội dung cố định

Chèn vào trường dưới dạng nội dung tĩnh, tức là không thể cập nhật trường đó.

Trường có nội dung cố định thì chỉ được xử lý khi bạn tạo một tài liệu mới từ một mẫu chứa trường như vậy. Chẳng hạn, một trường ngày tháng có nội dung tĩnh sẽ chèn ngày vào đó tài liệu mới được tạo từ mẫu.
