Chèn phần

Inserts a text section at the cursor position in the document. You can also select a block of text and then choose this command to create a section. You can use sections to insert blocks of text from other documents, to apply custom column layouts, or to protect or to hide blocks of text if a condition is met.

From the menu bar:

Choose Insert - Section

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Insert - Section

On the Insert menu of the Insert Tab, choose Section.

Bạn có khả năng chèn vào phần một tài liệu hoàn toàn, hay một phần có tên riêng từ tài liệu khác. Bạn cũng có thể chèn một phần dưới dạng liên kết DDE.

Để chỉnh sửa phần, chọn lệnh Định dạng > Phần.

Hộp thoại Chèn phần chứa những thẻ này:

Section

Sets the properties of the section.

Cột

Xác định số lượng cột và cách bố trí cột cho kiểu, khung hoặc từng khu của trang .

Thụt lề

Thụt phần thì tạo lề bên trái và bên phải.

Area (Background, Highlighting)

Set the fill options for the selected drawing object or document element.

Footnotes/Endnotes

Specifies where footnotes and endnotes are displayed as well as their numbering formats.

Chèn

Chèn phần bạn đã xác định vào vị trí hiện tại trong tài liệu.
