DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Тип

Lists the available field types.

Тип	Значення
Примітки	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Створено	Вставляє ім'я автора і дату або час створення документа.
Інші	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Ключові слова	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Останнє друкування	Вставляє ім'я автора і дату або час, коли документ був надрукований останній раз.
Змінено	Вставляє ім'я автора і дату або час останнього збереження.
Номер редакції	Вставляє номер версії поточного документа.
Тема	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Заголовок	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Вставляє загальну кількість часу, витраченого на редагування документа.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Виділити

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

У типах полів «Створений», «Змінений» та «Надруковано» можна задати автора, дату і час відповідної операції.

Формат

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Фіксований зміст

Вставляє поле як статичний вміст, тобто оновлення поля неможливо.

Поля з фіксованим вмістом беруться до уваги при створенні нового документа на основі шаблону, який містить такі поля. Наприклад, поле дати з фіксованим вмістом вставляє дату створення нового документа на основі шаблону.
