Chart Wizard - Saklaw ng Data

Opens the Data Ranges dialog where you can edit Data Range and Data Series.

Sa pahinang ito ng Chart Wizard maaari kang pumili ng isang pinagmumulan ng hanay ng data. Ang hanay na ito ay maaaring binubuo ng higit sa isang hugis-parihaba na hanay ng mga cell.

Available lang ang dialog na ito para sa mga chart batay sa isang talahanayan ng Calc o Writer.

Upang tumukoy ng hanay ng data

1. Piliin ang hanay ng data. Gawin ang isa sa mga sumusunod:

   Ilagay ang hanay ng data sa text box.

   In Calc, an example data range would be "$Sheet1.$B$3:$B$14". Note that a data range may consist of more than one region in a spreadsheet, e.g. "$Sheet1.A1:A5;$Sheet1.D1:D5" is also a valid data range.

   An example of external data range would be like 'file:///home/user/Documents/Price list.ods'#$'Information SKU'.H51 as described in Pagre-refer sa isang Cell sa Ibang Sheet.

   In Writer, an example data range would be "Table1.A1:E4".

   Sa Calc, i-click Pumili ng hanay ng data upang i-minimize ang dialog, pagkatapos ay i-drag sa isang cell area upang piliin ang hanay ng data.

   Kung gusto mo ng hanay ng data ng maraming lugar ng cell na hindi magkatabi, ilagay ang unang hanay, pagkatapos ay manu-manong magdagdag ng semicolon sa dulo ng text box, pagkatapos ay ilagay ang iba pang mga hanay. Gumamit ng semicolon bilang delimiter sa pagitan ng mga hanay.

2. I-click ang isa sa mga opsyon para sa serye ng data sa mga row o sa mga column.

3. Suriin kung ang hanay ng data ay may mga label sa unang hilera o sa unang column o pareho.

Sa preview makikita mo kung ano ang magiging hitsura ng huling chart.

Data Range

Enter the data range that you want to include in your chart. To minimize this dialog while you select the data range in Calc, click the Select data range button.

Data series in rows

Data series get their data from consecutive rows in the selected range. For scatter charts, the first data series will contain x-values for all series. All other data series are used as y-values, one for each series.

Data series in columns

Data series get their data from consecutive columns in the selected range. For scatter charts, the first data column will contain x-values for all series. All other data columns are used as y-values, one for each series.

First row as label

For data series in columns: The first row in the range is used as names for data series. For data series in rows: The first row in the range is used as categories. The remaining rows comprise the data series. If this check box is not selected, all rows are data series.

First column as label

For data series in columns: The first column in the range is used as names for data series. For data series in rows: The first column in the range is used as categories. The remaining columns comprise the data columns. If this check box is not selected, all columns are data columns.
