Index (table of figures)

The following options are available when you select Table of Figures as the index type.

Choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography - Type tab (when Table of Figures is the selected type)

Typ och rubrik

Ange förteckningens typ och rubrik.

Rubrik

Ange en rubrik på den markerade förteckningen.

Typ

Select the type of index that you want to insert or edit. The options available on this tab depend on the index type that you select. If the cursor is in an index when you choose the Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography, you can then edit that index.

Skyddad mot manuella ändringar

Förhindrar att innehållet i förteckningen ändras. Manuella ändringar som du gör i en förteckning går förlorade när förteckningen uppdateras. Om du vill bläddra med markören genom ett skyddat område väljer du – LibreOffice Writer – Formateringshjälp och markerar sedan kryssrutan Markör i skyddade områden – Aktiverad.

Create Index or Table of Contents

Välj om du vill skapa en förteckning för dokumentet eller för det aktuella kapitlet.

Skapa från

Ange den information som ska kombineras för att skapa en förteckning.

Bildtexter

Skapar förteckningsposter av bildtexter. Du kan lägga till en bildtext i ett objekt genom att markera objektet och välja Infoga - Bildtext.

Område

Välj vilken bildtextkategori som du vill använda i förteckningsposter.

Visning

Select the part of the caption that you want to display in the index entries. The following table illustrates the options that can be selected, based on the caption “Figure 24: The Sun”, where “Figure 24” was generated automatically when the caption was inserted, while “The Sun” is the caption text added by the user.

If you select “Caption Text”, the punctuation and the space at the beginning of the caption are not included in the index entry.

Objektnamn

Skapar förteckningsposter av objektnamn. Du kan visa objektnamn i t.ex. Navigator, och ändra dem på snabbmenyn.
