Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography

Inserts an index or a table of contents at the current cursor position. To edit an index or table of contents, place the cursor in the index or table of contents, and then choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography.

Choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography

Från kontextmenyn:

Choose Edit Index in the index.

Från gränssnittet med flikar:

Choose Reference - Table of Contents.

On the Reference menu of the Reference tab, choose Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography.

Dialogrutan innehåller också en förhandsvisning av förteckningen.

Beroende på vilken typ av förteckning du väljer är följande flikar tillgängliga.

Type

Use this tab to specify and define the type of index that you want to insert. You can also create custom indexes.

Poster (förteckningar)

Specify the format of the index or table entries. The appearance of this tab changes to reflect the type of index that you selected on the Type tab.

Mallar

Assign paragraph styles to index titles and index entries in Table of Contents, Indexes, and Bibliography. For Alphabetical Indexes, paragraph styles can be assigned to separators. You can also edit paragraph styles from this dialog.

Kolumner

Anger antalet kolumner och kolumnlayouten för en sidformatmall, en ram eller ett område.

Under den här fliken anger du förteckningens kolumnlayout. Förteckningens rubrik är som standard en kolumn bred och utgår från sidans vänstermarginal.

Area (Background, Highlighting)

Set the fill options for the selected drawing object or document element.
