Dokumentinfo

DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Typ

Lists the available field types.

Typ	Betydelse
Kommentarer	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Skapad	Infogar författarens namn, och datum eller klockslag när dokumentet skapades.
Custom	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Nyckelord	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Senaste utskrift	Infogar författarens namn, och datum eller klockslag när dokumentet skrevs ut senast.
Ändring	Infogar författarens namn och datum eller klockslag när filen sparades senast.
Revision number	Infogar det aktuella dokumentets versionsnummer.
Ämne	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Rubrik	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Infogar hur mycket tid som har använts för att redigera ett dokument.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Urval

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

För fälttyperna "Skapat", "Ändrat" och "Senaste utskrift" kan du inkludera författare, datum och klockslag för motsvarande .

Format

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Fixera innehåll

Infogar fältet som statiskt innehåll, d.v.s. fältet går inte att uppdatera.

Fält med fast innehåll kan bara utvärderas om du skapar ett nytt dokument från en mall som innehåller ett fast fält. Ett datumfält med fast innehåll infogar t.ex. det datum då ett nytt dokument skapades från mallen.
