Štruktúra a formátovania

Riadok Štruktúra určuje, ako vyzerajú záznamy registra. Ak chcete zmeniť vzhľad záznamu, môžete zadať kódy, alebo text do prázdnych polí na tomto riadku. Takisto môžete kliknúť na prázdne pole, alebo kód a potom kliknúť na tlačidlo kódu.

To delete a code from the Structure line, click the code, and then press the Delete key on your keyboard.

Numbering (N#)

Inserts the heading number or list number of the entry. To enable heading numbering, choose Tools - Heading Numbering.

Text položky (E)

Inserts the text of the selected entry.

Zarážka tabulátoru (T)

Vloží zarážku tabulátoru. Ak chcete pridať vodiace bodkovanie, vyberte znak v poli Vyplniť znakom. Polohu zarážky môžeme nastaviť v poli Umiestnenie kroku tabulátora, alebo zaškrtnite pole Zarovnať vpravo.

Číslo strany (#)

Vloží číslo strany výskytu položky.

Odkaz (LS a LE)

Creates a hyperlink for the part of the entry that you enclose by the opening (LS) and the closing (LE) hyperlink tags. On the Structure line, click in the empty box in front of the part that you want to create a hyperlink for, and then click this button. Click in the empty box after the part that you want to hyperlink, and then click this button again. All hyperlinks must be unique.

Specify a character style for the selected icon in the Structure.

The next two options are available when the N# icon is selected.

Formát

Only visible when you click the N# button in the Structure line. Select to show the heading number with or without separator.

Show up to level

Enter the maximum number of levels to show of the heading number. For example, select “3” to show up to three levels. If the heading number has fewer than three levels, then the actual number is shown.
