DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Typ

Lists the available field types.

Typ	Význam
Poznámky	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Vytvorené	Vloží meno autora a dátum alebo čas vytvorenia dokumentu.
Custom	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Kľúčové slová	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Naposledy tlačené	Vloží meno autora a dátum alebo čas, kedy bol dokument naposledy vytlačený.
Zmenené	Vloží meno autora a dátum alebo čas posledného uloženia dokumentu.
Revision number	Vloží číslo verzie aktuálneho dokumentu.
Predmet	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Nadpis	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Vloží množstvo času stráveného úpravami dokumentu.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Vybrať

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

Do polí "Vytvorené", "Zmenené" a "Naposledy tlačené" môžete zahrnúť autora, dátum a čas príslušnej operácie.

Formát

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Pevný obsah

Vloží pole ako statický obsah, to znamená, že pole nemožno aktualizovať.

Polia s pevným obsahom sú vyhodnocované len pri vytvorení nového dokumentu zo šablóny, ktorá obsahuje takéto pole. Napríklad pole dátum s pevným obsahom vloží dátum, kedy bol nový dokument vytvorený zo šablóny (a toto pole sa už nikdy nezmení).
