Tabuľka
V dialógovom okne Vložiť stĺpce databázy zvoľte možnosť Tabuľka ak chcete vložiť vybrané dáta do dokumentu ako tabuľku. V dialógovom okne môžete rozhodnúť, ktoré polia alebo stĺpce databázy sa prenesú a ako sa naformátuje textová tabuľka.
Tabuľka
In the Table area, use the arrow keys to select the columns of the database table that you want to apply to the text table.
Database columns
Určuje stĺpce databázy, ktoré sa majú vložiť do textovej tabuľky. Všetky stĺpce databázovej tabuľky, ktoré neboli prijaté v Stĺpce tabuľky tu sú uvedené ako zoznam. Položky sú zoradené podľa abecedy.
Table column(s)
Uvádza zoznam všetkých stĺpcov databázy, ktoré sa majú vložiť do dokumentu. Každému zodpovedajúcemu záznamu v tabuľke bude priradený stĺpec. Poradie vstupu v zozname Stĺpce tabuľky určuje poradie údajov v textovej tabuľke.

Vybrať
Určuje formát zo zoznamu, ak nie sú akceptované informácie o formáte určitých dátových polí. Tu uvedené formáty sú k dispozícii iba pre určité polia databázy, ako sú napríklad číselné alebo logické polia. Ak vyberiete databázové pole v textovom formáte, nebudete môcť z výberového zoznamu zvoliť žiadny formát, pretože textový formát sa zachová automaticky.
If the format you want is not listed, select "Other Formats..." and define the desired format in the Number Format dialog.
The number format assigned using the selection list always refers to the database field selected in the Database columns list box.
To insert the data into the document in the form of a table, the correct Table option must be active. You can then select a database field from the Table column(s) list box to define the formatting of the database field. The changes to the number formats will be applied to the last selection. It does not matter whether the database field was selected from the Database columns list box or from the Table column(s) list box.
