Ponuky sú kontextovo závislé. To znamená, že sú prístupné len tie položky menu, ktoré sa týkajú aktuálne vykonávanej práce. Ak je ukazovateľ umiestnený v texte, potom sú prístupné všetky položky menu, ktorý sú potrebné pre editáciu textu. Ak ste vybrali grafiku v dokumente, potom uvidíte všetky položky menu, ktoré môžu byť použité na úpravu grafiky.
