Print Preview Bar
The Print Preview bar is displayed when you choose File - Print Preview.
Moves back to the previous page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.
Moves forward to the next page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.
Moves to the first page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.
To Document Begin First Page
Moves to the last page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.

Celá obrazovka
Skryje menu a panely nástrojov. Pre opustenie režimu na celú obrazovku kliknite na tlačidlo Celá obrazovka Zap/Vyp.

Okraje
Zobrazí alebo skryje okraje strany. Okraje môžu byť posúvané pomocou myši a tiež môžu byť nastavené v dialógu Štýl strany na záložke Strana .
Mierka
Posuvník slúži na nastavenie mierky tlačenej tabuľky. Mierka môže byť nastavená tiež v dialógu Štýl strany na záložke List .
Zatvoriť náhľad
Tlačidlo Zatvoriť náhľad slúži na ukončenie náhľadu tlače.
