Odkazy na iné listy

V bunke listu je možné zobraziť odkaz na bunku v inom liste.

Rovnakým spôsobom môžete vytvoriť odkaz na bunku v druhom dokumente. Podmienkou je, aby druhý dokument už bol uložený ako súbor.

Vytvorenie odkazu na bunku iného dokumentu

1. Open a new, empty spreadsheet. By default, it has only a single sheet named Sheet1. Add a second sheet clicking on + button to the left of the sheet tab in the bottom (it will be named Sheet2 by default).

2. Do bunky A1 na List1 zadajte vzorec:

   =Sheet2.A1

3. Kliknite na záložku List2 v spodnej časti zošitu. Nastavte kurzor do bunky A1 a zadajte text alebo číslo.

4. Ak prejdete späť na List1, v bunke A1 sa zobrazí rovnaký obsah. Ak sa zmení obsah bunky A1 Listu2, zmení sa tiež obsah bunky A1 Listu1.

Vytvorenie odkazu na bunku iného dokumentu

1. Zvoľte Súbor - Otvoriť na otvorenie už existujúceho zošitu.

2. Pomocou Súbor - Nový založte nový pracovný zošit. Presuňte kurzor na bunku, do ktorej chcete vložiť externé dáta. Potom ako prvý znak napíšte rovnítko. Tým dáte najavo, že chcete vložiť vzorec.

3. Teraz sa prepnite do dokumentu, ktorý bol pred chvíľou otvorený. Kliknite myšou na bunku s údajmi, ktoré chcete do nového dokumentu vložiť.

4. Prepnite sa späť do nového zošitu. Vo vstupnom riadku teraz uvidíte, ako LibreOffice·Calc·pridal do vzorca odkaz.

   The path and document name URI must always be enclosed in single quotes. If the name contains single quotes (') they must be escaped using two single quotes (''). 5. Kliknutím na ikonu so zelenou zaškrtávacou značkou vzorec potvrdíte.

6. If you drag the box in the lower right corner of the active cell to select a range of cells, LibreOffice automatically inserts the corresponding references in the adjacent cells. As a result, the sheet name is preceded with a "$" sign to designate it as an absolute reference.

Ak sa pozriete na názov druhého dokumentu v tomto vzorci, všimnete si, že je zapísaný ako URL. To znamená, že môžete použiť tiež URL z Internetu.
