Define Names

Otvorí dialógové okno, kde môžete určiť názov vybranej oblasti alebo názov výrazu vzorca.

Pomocou myši označte oblasť alebo zadajte odkaz do dialógového pola Definovať názov.

Pre prístup k tomuto príkazu...

From the menu bar:

Choose Sheet - Named Ranges and Expressions - Define.

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Insert - Define Name.

Choose Data - Define Name.

On the Insert menu of the Insert tab, choose Define.

From toolbars:

Other

On the Name Box of the Formula Bar, insert a name for the selected cells range and press Enter.

The Sheet Area box on the Formula bar contains a list of defined names for the ranges or formula expressions and their scope between parenthesis. Click a name from this box to highlight the corresponding reference on the spreadsheet. Names given formulas or parts of a formula are not listed here.

Názov

Zadajte názov oblasti, pre ktorú chcete definovať odkaz alebo výraz vzorca. Všetky názvy oblastí, ktoré sú už definované v tabuľke, sú uvedené v textovom poli vyššie. Ak kliknete na meno v zozname, príslušná referencia v dokumente sa zobrazí s modrým orámovaním. Ak viacerým rozsahom buniek patrí rovnaký názov oblasti, zobrazia sa s rôzne zafarbeným orámovaním.

Oblasť alebo vzorec

Odkaz na názov vybranej oblasti sa tu zobrazuje ako absolútna hodnota.

To insert a new area reference, place the cursor in this field and use your mouse to select the desired area in any sheet of your spreadsheet document. To insert a new named formula, type the formula expression.

Shrink / Expand

Click the Shrink icon to reduce the dialog to the size of the input field. It is then easier to mark the required reference in the sheet. The icons then automatically convert to the Expand icon. Click it to restore the dialog to its original size.

Dialóg je automaticky minimalizovaný, ak kliknete do listu myšou. Akonáhle uvoľníte tlačidlo myši, dialóg je obnovený a referenčný rozsah definovaný myšou je zvýraznený v dokumente modrým rámom.

Rozsah

Vyberte rozsah pomenovanej oblasti alebo pomenovaného vzorca. Dokument (globálny) znamená, že názov je platný pre celý dokument. Akýkoľvek iný vybraný názov hárka obmedzí rozsah pomenovanej oblasti alebo výrazu vzorca na tento hárok.

Range options

Allows you to specify the Area type (optional) for the reference.

Filter

Defines the selected area to be used in an advanced filter.

Definuje oblasť ako opakujúci sa stĺpec.

Click the Add button to add a new defined name.
