On the Tools tab, click on the Options button, then select LibreOffice - Accessibility

From the sidebar:

Open the Accessibility panel, click Options.

Animations

Allow animated images

Previews animated graphics, such as GIF images, in LibreOffice.

Allow other animations

Controls if certain other animations (for example 'marching ants' animation when copying a cell in Calc) are enabled.

High contrast

High contrast is an operating system setting that changes the system color scheme to improve readability. You can decide how LibreOffice uses the high contrast settings of the operating system.
