Set the height of rows, or select, insert, and delete rows.
To access this command...
In the context menu of a cell, choose Row.

Automatically adjusts row heights to match the contents of the cells. This is the default setting for new tables.
Adjusts the height of the selected rows to match the height of the tallest row in the selection.
Selects the row that contains the cursor.
Inserts a row or column into the table. This command is only available when the cursor is in a table.
Deletes the selected row(s) from the table.
