Панель Стандартная доступна во всех приложениях LibreOffice.

Enables extended help tips under the mouse pointer until the next click.
Используется для загрузки документа, указанного с помощью введённого URL-адреса. Можно ввести новый URL-адрес или выбрать соответствующий адрес из списка. В LibreOffice пути файлов автоматически преобразуются в URL-нотацию.
