Assign Styles

Creates index entries from specific paragraph styles.

To access this command...

Choose Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography - Type, mark "Additional Styles" check box and then click Assign styles

Styles

The list contains the paragraph styles that you can assign to index levels.

To create an index entry from a paragraph style, click the style in the Styles list, and then click the >> button to move the style to the index level that you want.

Moves the selected paragraph style up one level in the index hierarchy.

Moves the selected paragraph style down one level in the index hierarchy.
