Field Shadings

Shows or hides shadings around fields in your document like non-breaking spaces, soft hyphens, indexes, and footnotes.

To access this command...

From the menu bar:

Choose View - Field Shadings.

From the tabbed interface:

On the View menu of the View tab, select Field Shadings.

From toolbars:

Icon Field Shadings

Field Shadings

From the keyboard:
