Variáveis

Os campos de variáveis permitem-lhe adicionar um conteúdo dinâmico ao documento. Por exemplo, é possível utilizar uma variável para repor a numeração da página.

Tipo

Lists the available field types.

Tipo	Descrição
Definir variável	Defines a variable and its value. You can change the value of a variable by clicking in front of the variable field, and then choosing Edit - Field.
Mostrar variável	Insere o valor atual da variável que for clicada na lista Selecionar.
Campo DDE	Introduz uma ligação DDE no documento, que poderá atualizar sempre que quiser através do nome atribuído.
Inserir fórmula	Introduz um número fixo ou o resultado de uma fórmula.
Campo de entrada	Introduz um novo valor para uma variável ou um Campo do utilizador. O valor de uma variável num campo de entrada de dados apenas é válido a partir do sítio em que é introduzido o valor ou mais adiante. Para mais tarde alterar o valor de uma variável no documento, introduza outro campo de entrada com o mesmo nome mas com um diferente valor. No entanto, o valor de um Campo do utilizador é alterado a nível global. The variables are displayed in the Select field. When you click the Insert button, the dialog Review Fields appears, where you can enter the new value or additional text as a remark.
Sequência	Insere a numeração automática para tabelas, imagens e molduras.
Definir variável de página	Introduz um ponto de referência no documento, após o qual a numeração das páginas é reiniciada. Selecione "on" para ativar o ponto de referência, e "off" para desativá-lo. É também possível introduzir um deslocamento para iniciar a contagem das páginas num número diferente.
Mostrar variável da página	Apresenta o número de páginas desde o ponto de referência "Definir variável de página" até este campo.
Campo do utilizador	Introduz uma variável global personalizada. É possível utilizar o Campo do utilizador para definir uma variável para uma instrução de condição. Quando se altera um Campo do utilizador, todas as ocorrências da variável no documento são atualizadas.

Selecionar

Lists the available fields for the field type selected in the Type list. To insert a field, click the field, and then click Insert.

To quickly insert a field from the Select list, hold down and double-click the field.

Formato

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

Nome

Introduza o nome do campo definido pelo utilizador a ser criado. This option is available for "Set variable", "DDE field", "Number range" and "User Field" field types.

Os campos definidos pelo utilizador só estão disponíveis no documento atual.

Value

Enter the contents that you want to add to a user-defined field.

Na lista Formato, defina se o valor é introduzido como texto ou na forma de um número.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Num documento HTML, estão disponíveis dois campos adicionais para o tipo de campo "Definir variável": HTML_ON e HTML_OFF. O texto introduzido na caixa Valor é convertido numa etiqueta HTML de abertura (<Value>) ou numa etiqueta HTML de fecho (</Value>) se o ficheiro for guardado como documento HTML, dependendo da opção que selecionar.

Instrução DDE

A sintaxe geral para um comando DDE é: "<Server> <Topic> <Item>", em que servidor é o nome DDE para a aplicação que contém os dados. O tópico refere-se à localização do Item (que é, normalmente, o nome do ficheiro), e o Item representa o objeto atual.

Esta opção apenas está disponível se selecionar o tipo "Campo DDE".

Fórmula

Esta opção apenas está disponível se selecionar o tipo "Inserir fórmula".

Referência

Escreva o texto que pretende mostrar no campo. Se estiver a introduzir um campo de marcador de posição, escreva o texto que pretende mostrar como dica ao colocar o indicador do rato sobre o campo.

Deslocamento

Introduza o valor de deslocamento que pretende aplicar a um campo de número de página, como, por exemplo, "+1".

Esta opção apenas está disponível se selecionar o tipo "Definir variável da página".

Invisível

Hides the field contents in the document. The field is inserted as a thin gray mark in the document. This option is only available for the "Set Variable" and "User Field" field types.

With Heading Number

Use this option to display a heading number before a “number range” field. The heading number comes from a heading prior to the location of the field.

Up to level

With typical use of headings in the document, the selected number will indicate how many levels of heading number (starting from level 1) to display. The selected value indicates the maximum number of levels to show. The actual number may have fewer levels. For example, if the immediately prior heading number is 2.6, and 4 is selected, then only 2.6 is displayed . If [None] is selected, no heading number is displayed.

The heading number selected for display is the first prior heading whose outline level is equal to or less than the selected outline level. For example, select “2” to use the heading number of the first prior heading with outline level 1 or outline level 2.

Separador

Specify the character to use as a separator between the heading number and the field number.

With Heading Number, Up to level and Separator are only available for the “Number range” field type.

Aplicar

Adds the user-defined field to the Select list.

Eliminar

Removes the user-defined field from the select list. You can only remove fields that are not used in the current document. To remove a field that is used in the current document from the list, first delete all instances of the field in the document, and then remove it from the list.
