Informações do documento

DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Tipo

Lists the available field types.

Tipo	Significado
Comentários	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Criado	Introduz o nome do autor e a data ou a hora em que o documento foi criado.
Personalizado	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Palavras-chave	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Última impressão	Introduz o nome do autor e a data ou hora em que o documento foi impresso pela última vez.
Modificado	Introduz o nome do autor e a data ou a hora da última vez que foi guardado.
Número de revisão	Introduz o número da versão do atual documento.
Assunto	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Título	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Introduz a quantidade de tempo passada a editar um documento.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Para os tipos de campo "Criado", "Modificado" e "Última impressão", é possível incluir o autor, a data e a hora da operação correspondente.

Formato

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Conteúdo fixo

Introduz o campo como um conteúdo estático, ou seja, que não pode ser atualizado.

Os campos com conteúdo fixo só são avaliados quando se cria um novo documento a partir de um modelo que contenha um campo desse género. Por exemplo, um campo de data com conteúdo fixo introduz a data em que foi criado um novo documento a partir do modelo.
