Kwerendy
"Zapytanie" to specjalny widok tabeli. Zapytanie może wyświetlać wybrane rekordy lub wybrane pola w rekordach; może również sortować te rekordy. Zapytanie może dotyczyć jednej tabeli lub wielu tabel, jeśli są one połączone wspólnymi polami danych.
Użyj zapytań, aby znaleźć rekordy z tabel danych na podstawie określonych kryteriów. Wszystkie zapytania utworzone do bazy danych są wymienione pod wpisem Zapytania. Ponieważ ten wpis zawiera zapytania do bazy danych, jest również nazywany "kontenerem zapytań".
Drukowanie kwerendy
Aby wydrukować kwerendę lub tablicę:

Otwórz dokument tekstowy (lub dokument arkusza kalkulacyjnego, jeśli wolisz określone funkcje drukowania tego typu dokumentów).

Otwórz plik bazy danych i kliknij ikonę Tabela, jeśli chcesz wydrukować tabelę, lub kliknij ikonę Kwerenda, jeśli chcesz wydrukować kwerendę.

Przeciągnij nazwę tabeli lub kwerendy do otwartego dokumentu tekstowego lub arkusza kalkulacyjnego. Zostanie otwarte okno dialogowe Wstaw kolumny bazy danych.

Decide which columns = data fields you want to include. You can also click the AutoFormat button and select a corresponding formatting type. Close the dialog.
The query or table will be inserted into your document.

Print the document by choosing File - Print.
You can also open the data source view (Ctrl+Shift+F4), select the entire database table in the data source view (click on the top left corner of the table), and then drag the selection to a text document or spreadsheet.
