Superscript

Reduces the font size of the selected text and raises the text above the baseline.

Choose Format - Text - Superscript.

From the sidebar:

Choose Properties - Character - Superscript.

From the keyboard:

+ Shift + P


If the cursor is not in a word, the new text that you enter is superscripted.
