Nurodykite sugeneruotos suvestinės lentelės išdėstymą.
Choose , in the dialog choose the option or in the drop-down list.
Pasirinkite Duomenys → Suvestinė lentelė → Kurti, atsivėrusiame dialogo lange Šaltinio parinktys pasirinkite parinktį Duomenų šaltinis, registruotojas „LibreOffice“, ir spustelėkite mygtuką Gerai, kad atsivertų Duomenų šaltinio pasirinkimo dialogo langas.

Suvestinė lentelė pateikia duomenų laukelius mygtukais, kuriuos galite vilkti apibrėždami suvestinę lentelę.

LibreOffice automatically adds a caption to buttons that are dragged into the Data Fieldsarea. The caption contains the name of the data field as well as the formula that created the data.
Jei norite pakeisti funkciją, kurią naudoja duomenų laukas, dukart spustelėkite mygtuką Duomenų laukų srityje ir atverkite Duomenų lauko dialogo langą. Galite dukart spustelėti mygtukus Eilučių laukų arba Stulpelių laukų srityse.

Pridėti filtrą
Prideda filtro mygtuką suvestinėje skaičiuoklės lentelėje.
Atveria Filtro dialogo langą.
Rodyti išsamią informaciją
Pasirinkite šį žymimąjį laukelį ir, dukart spustelėję žymę lentelėje, išskleisite arba sutrauksite išsamią elemento informaciją. Atšaukite šio žymimojo langelio žymėjimą ir, dukart spustelėję langelį, galėsite redaguoti langelio turinį.
To examine details inside a pivot table, do one of the following:

Pasirinkite sritį ir pasirinkite Duomenys → Grupavimas ir struktūra → Rodyti išsamiai.

Dukart spustelėkite laukelį lentelėje.
Jei dukart spustelėsite laukelį, kuris turi pritaikytus laukus tame pačiame lygyje, atversite dialogo langą Rodyti išsamią informaciją:

New sheet: creates a sheet in the document to receive the pivot table.
Named Range: selects the named range from the drop-down list.
Selection: selects the top left cell of the created pivot table.
If the selected area contains data, the pivot table overwrites the data. To prevent the loss of existing data, choose New Sheet.
Shrink / Expand
Click the Shrink icon to reduce the dialog to the size of the input field. It is then easier to mark the required reference in the sheet. The icons then automatically convert to the Expand icon. Click it to restore the dialog to its original size.
Dialogo langas suskleidžiamas automatiškai, vos tik spustelite kairiuoju pelės klavišu lakšte. Atleidus pelės klavišą dialogo lango dydis atstatomas, o pele pažymėtas langelių blokas dokumente paryškinamas mėlynu rėmeliu.
