When you rest the mouse pointer over a change markup in the document, a Tip displays the author and the date and time that the change was made. If the Extended Tips are activated, the type of change and any attached comments are also displayed.
Shows or hides recorded changes.

The default. Insertions and deletions are displayed in the contents according to the settings in LibreOffice - PreferencesTools - Options - LibreOffice Writer - Changes.
Show the deleted contents in the margin. Insertions are displayed in the contents.
