문서 정보

DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

삽입 - 필드 - 기타 - 문서 정보 탭을 선택합니다.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

유형

Lists the available field types.

유형	의미
설명	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
작성	작성자 이름과 문서를 만든 날짜 또는 시간을 삽입합니다.
Custom	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
키워드	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
최근 인쇄	작성자 이름과 문서를 마지막으로 인쇄한 날짜 또는 시간을 삽입합니다.
수정 날짜	작성자 이름과 마지막으로 저장한 날짜 또는 시간을 삽입합니다.
Revision number	현재 문서의 버전 번호를 삽입합니다.
제목	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
제목	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	문서를 편집하는 데 걸린 시간을 삽입합니다.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

선택

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

작성일, "수정 날짜", "최근 인쇄" 필드 유형에서는 해당 연산의 작성자, 날짜, 시간 등을 포함할 수 있습니다.

서식

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

내용 고정

필드를 통계 내용, 즉 업데이트할 수 없는 필드로 삽입합니다.

고정된 내용의 필드는 해당 필드를 포함한 서식 파일로 새 문서를 만드는 경우에만 사용합니다. 예를 들어 고정된 내용의 날짜 필드는 서식 파일로 새 문서를 만든 날짜를 삽입합니다.
