Cross-reference

여기서 참조 또는 참조 필드를 현재 문서에 삽입할 수 있습니다. 참조는 동일한 문서에 있거나 마스터 문서의 하위 문서에 있는 참조 필드입니다.

상호 참조를 필드 명령어로 삽입하면 문서내 변경시 참조를 항상 수동으로 맞추지 않아도되는 장점이 있습니다.(F9) 키를 눌러 필드 명령어를 업데이트하면 상호 참조가 다시 올바로 조정됩니다.

참조 설정

유형

사용가능한 필드 유형을 나열합니다. 문서에 필드를 추가하려면, 필드 유형을 클릭하고, 선택 목록에서 필드를 클릭한 후 삽입을 클릭합니다. 다음 필드를 사용할 수 있습니다:

참조 삽입	문서의 다른 장소로 상호 참조 삽입. 적합한 텍스트 위치는 사전에 "참조 설정"으로 정의되었어야 하며, 이 경우에만 선택의 필드 이름 선택을 통해 참조를 입력할 수 있습니다. 마스터 문서에서는 한 부분 문서에서 다른 부분 문서로 넘겨질 수 있습니다. 참조의 이름이 선택 필드에 나타나지 않으므로 "직접" 입력해야 함에 주의하십시오. HTML-문서에서는 이렇게 삽입된 참조 필드가 고려되지 않습니다. HTML-문서를 상호 참조하려면 하이퍼링크를 삽입해야 합니다.
제목	선택 상자는 번호가 매겨진 모든 제목을 순서대로 표시해 줍니다.
번호 매겨진 단락	The Selection box shows a list of all ordered paragraphs in the order of their appearance in the document. The list includes: paragraphs with a paragraph style assigned a numbering scheme in the Tools > Heading Numbering dialog ordered list paragraphs, formatted with the Formatting toolbar or Bullets and Numbering dialog paragraphs formatted with a numbered list style paragraphs formatted with a paragraph style with a numbered list style applied in the Outline & List tab.
책갈피	삽입 - 책갈피로 책갈피를 문서에 삽입하면 참조 탭에서 "책갈피" 항목도 볼 수 있습니다. 책갈피는 문서 내 특정 텍스트 문구를 표시하는 데 이용됩니다. 텍스트 문서에서 삽입된 책갈피를 사용하면 문서에서 하나의 위치에서 다른 위치로 신속히 이동하는 등의 작업을 수행할 수 있습니다. HTML 문서에서 이 텍스트 표시는 <A name> 앵커가 됩니다(예: 하이퍼링크의 대상 표시).
각주	문서가 각주를 포함한다면, 각주 항목을 선택할 수 있습니다. 각주로의 참조는 각주 번호를 반환합니다.
(캡션을 포함한 개체)	캡션이 포함된 개체에 대한 상호 참조도 가능합니다. 이미지를 삽입한 후 이미지 위에서 마우스를 오른클릭하고 메뉴에서 캡션를 선택합니다. 이제 해당 개체는 목록 상에서 번호가 매겨진 "그림"으로 표시될 것입니다.

참조는 필드 명령입니다. 참조를 삭제하려면 필드 명령을 삭제하십시오. 긴 텍스트를 참조 삭제 이후 새로 입력하지 않을 참조로 설정하였을 경우 텍스트에 마크표시를 하고 클립보드에 복사한 후 편집 - 선택하여 붙여넣기 명령을 사용하여 "서식되지 않은 텍스트"로서 같은 위치에 다시 삽입할 수 있습니다. 그러면 참조는 삭제되고 텍스트는 유지됩니다.

마킹

Lists the available fields for the field type selected in the Type list. To insert a field, click the field, select a format in the "Refer using" list, and then click Insert.

To quickly insert a field from the list, hold down and double-click the field.

Refer using

선택한 참조 필드에 사용할 서식을 선택합니다. 다음 서식을 사용할 수 있습니다.

서식	의미
Page number (unstyled)	참조 대상이 있는 페이지 번호를 삽입합니다.
장	Inserts the heading number or list number of the reference target.
Referenced text	Inserts the complete reference target text. For footnotes the footnote number is inserted. For captions the complete caption (category, number and text) is inserted.
“Above”/“Below”	상호 참조의 위치에 상대적인 참조 대상 위치에 따라 "위"나 "아래"에 삽입합니다.
Page number (styled)	페이지 스타일에 지정되어 있는 서식의 참조 대상이 있는 페이지 번호를 삽입합니다.
번호	상위 레벨의 번호를 포함해 제목이나 단락의 번호를 삽입합니다. 상세한 사항은 표의 밑에 있는 주석을 참고하십시오.
번호 (상황 비고려)	제목이나 단락의 번호만을 삽입합니다.
번호 (상황 고려)	모든 상위 번호를 포함하여 제목 또는 단락 번호를 삽입합니다.
카테고리와 번호	Inserts the caption category and caption number (or number range variable name and value). Any text between the category and number (or variable name and value) is also inserted. This option is available for all number range variables, including caption numbers.
캡션 텍스트	Inserts all text that follows the caption category and caption number until end of paragraph. This option is available for all number range variables, including caption numbers.
Number	Inserts the caption number (or number range value). This option is available for all number range variables, including caption numbers.

For “Chapter”, “Number”, “Number (no context)”, and “Number(full context)” formats, the number of sublevels shown for the selected format depends on the Show sublevels setting for the relevant outline levels in Tools - Heading Numbering.

이름

Type the name of the user-defined field that you want to create. To set a target, click "Set Reference" in the Type list, type a name in this box, and then click Insert. To reference the new target, click the target name in the Selection list.

마스터 문서의 부분 문서 내에서 이동할 때 같은 부분 문서에 있지 않은 참조의 이름을 수동으로 입력할 수 있습니다.

Value

Enter the contents that you want to add to a user-defined field.

참조를 텍스트의 선택에 설정하면 현재 선택된 항목이 필드 내용에 입력됩니다.
