Subtotals

선택한 열에 대한 부분합을 계산합니다. LibreOffice에서는 SUM 함수를 사용하여 레이블이 지정된 범위의 부분합과 총합계를 자동으로 계산합니다. 또한 다른 함수를 사용하여 계산을 수행할 수도 있습니다. 지정된 데이터베이스 영역에 커서를 놓으면 LibreOffice은(는) 해당 영역을 자동으로 인식합니다.

이 명령을 사용하려면...

From the menu bar:

Choose Data - Subtotals.

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Data - Subtotals.

On the Data menu of the Data tab, choose Subtotals.

From toolbars:

Subtotals

예를 들어, 클라이언트 데이터베이스의 데이터에 기초하여 특정 우편 번호에 대한 매출액 요약을 생성할 수 있습니다.

첫 번째, 두 번째, 세 번째 그룹

최대 세 개까지의 부분합 그룹에 대한 설정을 지정합니다. 각 탭은 동일한 레이아웃을 가집니다.

옵션

Specify the settings for calculating and presenting subtotals.

Reset

Resets changes made to the current tab to those applicable when this dialog was opened.

삭제

선택한 영역에서 부분합 행을 삭제합니다.
