From the menu bar:

Choose Format - Lists - No List.

From the context menu:

Choose Lists - No List.

From toolbars:

+ Shift + F12

From the sidebar:

On the Paragraph panel of the Properties deck, click on No List.

To preserve indenting, but remove bullet or number, place cursor at the beginning of the paragraph and press Backspace.
