Cross-reference

აქ უნდა ჩაურთოთ თქვენი მიმართვა ან მიმართული ველი მიმდინარე დოკუმენტში. მიმართვები მიმართვის ველებია იგივე დოკუმენტში ან ძირითადი დოკუმენტის ქვედოკუმენტში.

ჯვარედინი-მიმართვის ველად შეყვანის უპირატესობა არის ის, რომ დოკუმენტის ყოველი შესწორებისას არ გჭირდებათ მიმართვების ხელით დაყენება. მხოლოდ განაახლეთ ველები F9-ით და დოკუმენტის მიმართვებიც განახლდება.

ტიპი

ჩამოთვლის ხელმისაწვდომი ველების ტიპებს. თქვენს დოკუმენტზე ველის დასამატებლად დააწკაპუნეთ ველის ტიპზე, ველზე Select სიაში, და შემდეგ დააწკაპუნეთInsert. ხელმისაწვდომია შემდეგი ველები:

ზედა კოლონტიტული	The Selection box shows a list of all headings in the order of their appearance in the document.
Numbered Paragraphs	The Selection box shows a list of all ordered paragraphs in the order of their appearance in the document. The list includes: paragraphs with a paragraph style assigned a numbering scheme in the Tools > Heading Numbering dialog ordered list paragraphs, formatted with the Formatting toolbar or Bullets and Numbering dialog paragraphs formatted with a numbered list style paragraphs formatted with a paragraph style with a numbered list style applied in the Outline & List tab.

სქოლიოები	If your documents contains a footnote, you can select the Footnotes entry. A reference to a footnote returns the footnote number.
(Inserted objects with captions)	You can set references to objects that have captions applied. For example, insert a picture, right-click the picture, choose Caption. Now the object shows up as a numbered "Illustration" in the list.

მიმართვები ველებია, მიმართვის წასაშლელად წაშალეთ ველი. თუ დააყენებთ უფრო გრძელ ტექსტს მიმართვად და არ გსურთ მიმართვის წაშლის შემდეგ თავიდან შეყვანა, მონიშნეთ ტექსტი და დააკოპირეთ გაცვლის ბუფერში. შეგიძლიათ თავიდან ჩაურთოთ"დაუფორმატებელ ტექსტად" იგივე პოზიციაში ბრძანების გამოყენებით Edit - Paste special. ტექსტი დარჩება ხელუხლებელი, სანამ მიმართვა წაიშლება.

Lists the available fields for the field type selected in the Type list. To insert a field, click the field, select a format in the "Refer using" list, and then click Insert.

To quickly insert a field from the list, hold down and double-click the field.

ციფრი	Inserts the number of the heading or numbered paragraph, including superior levels depending on the context. See note below this table for more information.

Number (full context)	Inserts the number of the heading or numbered paragraph, including all superior levels.
კატეგორია და ნომერი	Inserts the caption category and caption number (or number range variable name and value). Any text between the category and number (or variable name and value) is also inserted. This option is available for all number range variables, including caption numbers.
სათაურის ტექსტი	Inserts all text that follows the caption category and caption number until end of paragraph. This option is available for all number range variables, including caption numbers.
Number	Inserts the caption number (or number range value). This option is available for all number range variables, including caption numbers.

For “Chapter”, “Number”, “Number (no context)”, and “Number(full context)” formats, the number of sublevels shown for the selected format depends on the Show sublevels setting for the relevant outline levels in Tools - Heading Numbering.

სახელი

Type the name of the user-defined field that you want to create. To set a target, click "Set Reference" in the Type list, type a name in this box, and then click Insert. To reference the new target, click the target name in the Selection list.

ძირითად დოკუმენტში სამიზნეები განსხვავებულ ქვე-დოკუმენტებში არ აისახება Selectionსიაში. თუ გსურთ მიმართვის სამიზნეზე ჩართვა, უნდა ჩაბეჭდოთ გეზის ტიპი და სახელიName ველში.

Value

Enter the contents that you want to add to a user-defined field.

თუ მონიშნავთ ტექსტს დოკუმენტში და შემდეგ ჩაურთავთ მიმართვას, მონიშნული ტექსტი გახდება თქვენს მიერ ჩართული ველის შიგთავსი.
