テーブルの使い方

Data is stored in tables. As an example, your system address book that you use for your email addresses is a table of the address book database. Each address is a data record, presented as a row in that table. The data records consist of data fields, for example the first and the last name fields and the email field.

テーブルウィザードを使用したテーブルの新規作成

In LibreOffice you can create a new table using the Table Wizard:

1. 新しいテーブルを作成するデータベースファイルを開きます。

2. データベースウィンドウの左ペインで、テーブル アイコンをクリックします。

3. ウィザードを使用してテーブルを作成 をクリックします。

デザインビューを使用した表の新規作成

1. 新しいテーブルを作成するデータベースファイルを開きます。

2. データベースウィンドウの左ペインで、テーブル アイコンをクリックします。

3. デザイン表示でテーブルを作成 をクリックします。

テーブルデザイン ウィンドウが表示されます。

新しいテーブルビューの作成

一部のデータベースの種類はテーブルビューをサポートしています。テーブルビューとは、データベースとともに格納されるクエリーです。ほとんどのデータベース処理では、ビューは、テーブルを使用するのと同じように使用できます。

1. 新しいテーブルビューを作成するデータベースファイルを開きます。

2. データベースウィンドウの左ペインで、テーブル アイコンをクリックします。

3. ビューを作成 をクリックします。

You see the View Design window, which is almost the same as the Query Design window.
