Choose Format - Paragraph - Alignment tab, choose Properties - Right to Left (RTL).
On the Home menu of the Home tab, choose Right to Left.

Open the Alignment panel of the Properties deck, choose Right to Left.
Open the Paragraph panel of the Properties deck, choose Right to Left.
