Print Preview Bar
The Print Preview bar is displayed when you choose File - Print Preview.
Moves back to the previous page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.
Moves forward to the next page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.
Moves to the first page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.

Moves to the last page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Print Preview function on the File menu.
Enlarges the screen display of the current document. The current zoom factor is displayed on the Status Bar.
Reduces the screen display of the current document. The current zoom factor is displayed on the Status Bar.
Skjáfylli
Felur valmyndir og verkfæraslár. Til að fara úr skjáfylliham, smelltu á Skjáfylli af/á hnappinn.
Opens a dialog where you can define the appearance of all pages in your document.
Spássíur
Birtir eða felur spássíur síðunnar. Spássíur má draga til með músinni, og er einnig hægt að stilla á flipanum Síða í Síðustíll glugganum.
Kvörðunargildi
Þessi skyggna skilgreinir kvarða síðu fyrir útprentað töflureikniblað. Kvörðunargildi má einnig stilla á flipanum Blað í Síðustíll glugganum.
Loka forskoðun
Til að fara út úr prentskoðun, smelltu á Loka forskoðun hnappinn.
