DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

Jenis

Lists the available field types.

Jenis	Arti
Isi	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
Dibuat	Menyisipkan nama penulis dan tanggal atau waktu ketika dokumen dibuat.
Ubahan	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
Kata kunci	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Terakhir dicetak	Menyisipkan nama penulis dan tanggal atau waktu saat dokumen terakhir dicetak.
Diubah	Menyisipkan nama penulis dan tanggal atau waktu terakhir disimpan.
Nomor revisi	Sisipkan nomor versi dokumen kini.
Subyek	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Judul	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	Menyisipkan banyaknya waktu yang dicurahkan untuk menyunting suatu dokumen.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

Pilih

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

Untuk tipe ruas "Dibuat", "Diubah", dan "Terakhir dicetak", Anda dapat menyertakan penulis, tanggal, dan waktu dari operasi terkait.

Format

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

Isi tetap

Sisipkan ruas sebagai isi statik, yaitu bahwa isi tak bisa dimutakhirkan.

Ruas dengan isi tetap hanya dievaluasi ketika Anda membuat sebuah dokumen baru dari suatu templat yang memuat ruas seperti itu. Sebagai contoh, suatu ruas tanggal dengan isi tetap menyisipkan tanggal dibuatnya dokumen baru tersebut dari templat.
