Pilih perintah ini untuk menampilkan baris atau kolom yang sebelumnya disembunyikan.

Untuk mengakses fungsi ini...

From the menu bar:

Pilih Format - Baris - Tampilkan.

Pilih Format - Kolom - Tampilkan.

From the context menu:

Click on the rows headers to select, choose Show Rows.

Click on the columns headers to select, choose Show Columns.

From the tabbed interface:

Choose Home - Rows - Show Rows.

Choose Home - Columns - Show Columns.

Choose Layout - Rows - Show Rows.

Choose Layout - Columns - Show Columns.

From toolbars:

To show a column or row, select the range of rows or columns containing the hidden elements, then apply the command.

Misalnya, untuk memperlihatkan kolom B, klik pada tajuk kolom A, perluas pilihan ke kolom C, lalu pilih Format - Kolom - Tampilkan. Untuk menampilkan kolom A yang sebelumnya disembunyikan, klik pada tajuk kolom B, terus tekan tombol mouse dan seret ke kiri. Rentang yang dipilih ditampilkan di wilayah nama berubah dari B1:B1048576 ke A1:B1048576. Pilih Format - Kolom - Tampilkan. Lanjutkan baris dengan cara yang sama dengan.

Untuk menampilkan semua sel yang tersembunyi, klik pertama pada bidang di sudut kiri atas. Ini memilih semua sel tabel.
