Index (table of contents)

The following options are available when you select Table of Contents as the index type.

Adjon meg egy címet a kijelölt jegyzék számára.

Típus

Select the type of index that you want to insert or edit. The options available on this tab depend on the index type that you select. If the cursor is in an index when you choose the Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Table of Contents, Index or Bibliography, you can then edit that index.

Csak automatikusan frissíthető

Megvédi a jegyzék tartalmát a módosítástól. A kézzel elvégzett módosítások elvesznek, ha a jegyzéket frissíti. Ha engedélyezni szeretné, hogy a kurzorral védett területen is át lehessen menni, válassza - LibreOffice Writer - Formázási segédletek párbeszédablakot, majd jelölje be a Kurzor engedélyezése négyzetet a Védett területek szakaszban.

Create Index or Table of Contents

Include up to level

Specify the maximum outline level for a paragraph, specified in Create from, to be included in the index.

Vázlat

Creates the index using outline levels. Any paragraph with an outline level less than or equal to the outline level specified in Include up to level is included in the index.

Paragraphs formatted with one of the predefined paragraph styles (“Heading 1–10”) have an outline level that corresponds to the number in the paragraph style. You can also assign outline levels to paragraphs in the Outline & List tab page of the Format - Paragraph dialog.

A LibreOffice a bekezdésstílus vázlatszintje és a bekezdés tartalma alapján hozza létre a tartalomjegyzék-bejegyzéseket. Ha a bekezdés üres, nem kerül be a tartalomjegyzékbe. Az üres bekezdés tartalomjegyzékbe való bekerülésének kikényszerítéséhez manuálisan adjon hozzá egy szóközt vagy egy nem tördelő szóközt a bekezdéshez. A Címsorszámozás párbeszédablak Számozás lapján az Utána szövegmezőben hozzáadott szóközök nem működnek erre a célra, mivel ezek a bekezdésszámozás részét képezik, nem pedig a bekezdés tartalmát.

További stílusok

Includes paragraphs with the paragraph styles specified in the Assign Styles dialog as index entries. To select paragraph styles, click the Assign Styles button to the right of this option.Assigned paragraph styles must have an outline level less than or equal to the value specified in Include up to level to be included in the index.

Use “Additional Styles” to include paragraphs in the Table of Contents with the “Figure Index Heading” or “Bibliography Heading” paragraph style, as well as any other relevant paragraph style.

Stílusok hozzárendelése

Opens the Assign Styles dialog, where you can select paragraph styles to include in the index. Choose a desired index level for where a style will be displayed in the index.

Index entries

Choose this option to include index entries inserted in the document with Insert - Table of Contents and Index - Index Entry in the generated index.
