DocInformation

DocInformation fields contain information about the properties of a document, such as the date a document was created. To view the properties of a document, choose File - Properties.

Choose Insert - Field - More Fields - DocInformation tab

When you export and import an HTML document containing DocInformation fields, special LibreOffice formats are used.

क़िस्म

Lists the available field types.

क़िस्म	अर्थ
सामग्री	Inserts the comments as entered in the Description tab page of the File - Properties dialog.
निर्मित	जब दस्तावेज़ बनाया जाता है तो उस तिथि, समय तथा लेखक का नाम प्रविष्ट करता है.
Custom	Inserts the contents of the properties found on the Custom Properties tab of the File - Properties dialog. (Only shown if Custom properties are added.)
की-वर्डस	Inserts the keywords as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
पिछली बार छापा गया	जब दस्तावेज़ बनाया जाता है तो उस तिथि, समय तथा लेखक का नाम प्रविष्ट करता है.
परिवर्धित	लेखक का नाम, तारीख या आखिरी बार सहेजने का समय प्रविष्ट करता है.
Revision number	मौज़ूदा दस्तावेज़ का संस्करण क्रमांक प्रविष्ट करता है.
विषय	Inserts the subject as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
शीर्षक	Inserts the title as entered in the Description tab of the File - Properties dialog.
Total editing time	दस्तावेज़ को संपादित करने में लगे समय को प्रविष्ट करता है.

The following fields can only be inserted if the corresponding field type is selected in the Type list.

चुनें

Lists what information can be inserted for a selected field type.

For the "Created", "Modified", and "Last printed" field types, you can include the author, date, and time of the corresponding operation.

प्रारुप

If a field is displaying a date, time or number, then Format is used to customize the appearance of the date, time, or number. Common formats are shown in the Format window, or click "Additional formats" to define a custom format.

When you click "Additional formats", the Number Format dialog opens, where you can define a custom format.

निश्चित विषयवस्तु

Inserts the field as static content, that is, the field cannot be updated.

Fields with fixed content are only evaluated when you create a new document from a template that contains such a field. For example, a date field with fixed content inserts the date that a new document was created from the template.
