Saving Documents in Other Formats

  1. Choose \<emph\>File - Save as\</emph\>. You will see the \<emph\>Save as\</emph\> dialog.

  2. In the \<emph\>Save as type\</emph\> list box, select the desired format.

  3. Enter a name in the \<emph\>File name\</emph\> box and click \<emph\>Save\</emph\>.

If you want the file dialogs to offer another file format as default, select that format in - Load/Save - General in the Default file format area.
