You can only rotate text that is contained in a drawing object.
To illustrate this functionality we choose a text box in the example below.
You can choose whatever drawing object fits your need from the toolbar.
Choose
to open the toolbar.Select the
icon.Drag in your document to draw the text object, and then type your text.
Click outside of the object to close the text box.
Click on the text you entered.
Drag one of the corner handles of the text object.
You can also right-click the text object, choose Position and Size, click the Rotation tab, and then enter a rotation angle or a new position for the object.
