Paste Special (Calc)

This dialog appears in Calc if the clipboard contains spreadsheet cells. For other contents in the clipboard, the default Paste Special dialog opens.
Presets
Choose one of the presets to quickly load commonly used settings for Paste Special.
Values Only
Pastes only cell contents including text, numbers and dates.
Values & Formats
Pastes cell contents and formats applied to cells.
Formats Only
Pastes only formats applied to cells.
Transpose All
Pastes all cell contents with their positions transposed.
Run immediately
Check this option to load the preset and immediately apply it. When unchecked, choosing a preset will only load the corresponding options in the dialog without pasting anything.
Uncheck Run immediately to load the options from the preset and change its settings in the Paste Special dialog before applying them by clicking OK.
Selection
Select a format for the clipboard contents that you want to paste.
Paste all
Pastes all cell contents, comments, formats, and objects into the current document.
Text
Inserts cells containing text.
Numbers
Inserts cells containing numbers.
Date & Time
Inserts cells containing date and time values.
Formulas
Inserts cells containing formulae.
Comments
Inserts comments that are attached to cells.
Formats
Inserts cell format attributes.
Obxectos
Insire obxectos contidos no intervalo de celas seleccionado. Poden ser obxectos OLE, obxectos de gráfica ou de debuxo.
Opcións
Define as opcións de pegado do contido do portapapeis.
Como ligazón
Insire o intervalo de celas como ligazón para que os cambios feitos nas celas do ficheiro fonte se actualicen no ficheiro de destino. Para asegurarse que os cambios feitos ás celas baleiras do ficheiro fonte se actualicen no ficheiro de destino asegúrese de que a opción «Pegar todo» tamén está seleccionada.
Tamén pode ligar follas dentro da mesma folla de cálculo. Ao ligar a outros ficheiros créase unha ligazón DDE automaticamente. Unha ligazón DDE insírese como fórmula de matriz e só se pode modificar como un todo.
Traspor
Os filos do intervalo no portapapeis péganse para se tornaren columnas do intervalo de saída. As columnas do intervalo no portapapeis péganse para se tornaren filas.
Ignorar celas baleiras
As celas baleiras do portapapeis non substitúen as celas de destino. Se emprega esta opción en conxunto coa operación «Multiplicar» ou «Dividir» a operación non se aplica á cela de destino dunha cela baleira no portapapeis.
If you select a mathematical operation and clear the Skip empty cells box, empty cells in the clipboard are treated as zeroes. For example, if you apply the Multiply operation, the target cells are filled with zeroes.
Operations
Select the operation to apply when you paste cells into your sheet.
None
Does not apply an operation when you insert the cell range from the clipboard. The contents of the clipboard will replace existing cell contents.
Add
Adds the values in the clipboard cells to the values in the target cells. Also, if the clipboard only contains comments, adds the comments to the target cells.
Subtract
Subtracts the values in the clipboard cells from the values in the target cells.
Multiply
Multiplies the values in the clipboard cells with the values in the target cells.
Dividir
Divide os valores das celas de destino polos valores das celas do portapapeis.
Mover celas
Defina as opcións de desprazamento das celas de destino ao inserir contido do portapapeis.
Non desprazar
As celas inseridas substitúen as celas de destino.
Para abaixo
As celas de destino desprázanse para abaixo ao inserir celas do portapapeis.
Para a dereita
As celas de destino desprázanse para a dereita ao inserir celas do portapapeis.
