Data Provider for Spreadsheets

Imports data from data sources. At present, the supported external data formats include CSV, HTML, XML, and LibreOffice Base files.

Data may be imported from either local storage, such as CSV files, or from external sources, such as HTML Web Pages.

Additionally, data can be manipulated using various transformations before being loaded into the sheet.

Fornecedor de datos

Intervalo da base de datos

O intervalo da base de datos que recibirá os datos do fornecedor. Escolla o intervalo na lista despregábel.

Formato de datos

O tipo de datos que se van importar.

URL

O URL do fornecedor de datos. Se o fornecedor é un ficheiro local insira a ruta ao ficheiro e o nome. Se o fornecedor é un servizo web insira o URL.

Identificador

O Identificador de destino dos datos fornecidos con HTML ou XPath para datos fornecidos con XML.

Transformacións

Os datos fornecidos poden ser transformados empregando as transformacións dispoñíbeis na lista despregábel. Terá que fornecer máis información dependendo da transformación. Por exemplo, pode indicar o tipo de ordenación para as transformacións de ordenación.

Eliminar columnas

Elimina columnas listadas en Columnas. Introduza a lista de índices de columna separados por punto e vírgula.

Eliminar filas

Elimina as filas que conteñan o valor introducido na entrada Valor de busca e atopadas no número de índice da Columna.

Intercampiar filas

Permuta a posición da fila entre a primeira e a segunda filas.

Dividir columnas

Separa a columna en dous onde apareza a cadea de separación.

Fusionar columnas

Fusiona columnas engadindo a cadea de separación entre ccada valor fusionado.

Transformación de texto

Transforma datos de texto na lista de columnas.

Minúsculas: transforma todas as maiúsculas en minúsculas.
Maiúsculas: transforma todas as minúsculas en maiúsculas.
Maiúsculas iniciais: pon en maiúscula a primeira letra de cada palabra.
Trim: removes spaces from the data, leaving only a single space character between words.

Ordenar columnas

Ordena as filas en orde ascendente ou descendente polos valores do número de índice das columnas.

Funcións de agregación

Engade o resultado dunha función de agregación por debaixo da columna.

Suma: a suma dos datos da columna.
Media: a media dos datos da columna.
Valor máximo: o valor máximo dos datos da columna.
Valor mínimo: o valor mínimo dos datos da columna.

Numérico

Aplica funcións numéricas ás columnas.

Signo: devolve +1 para números estritamente positivos, -1 para números estritamente negativos e 0 para valores cero.
Arredondar: arredonda os números a un número determinado de decimais.
Arredondar para arriba: arredonda os números para o enteiro superior máis próximo.
Arredondar para abaixo: arredonda os números para o número inferior máis próximo.
Valor absoluto: devolve o valor absoluto dos números.
Logaritmo en base e: devolve o logaritmo natural dos números.
Logaritmo en base 10: devolve o logaritmo en base 10 dos números.
Cubo: devolve o cubo dos números.
Cadrado: devolve o cadrado dos números.
Raíz cadrada: devolve a raíz cadrada dos números.
Expoñente: devolve o expoñencial dos números (e^x).
É Par: devolve +1 se o número é par, 0 se o número é impar. Os números decimais devolven 0.
É Impar: devolve +1 se o número é impar, 0 se o número é par. Os números decimais devolven 0.

Substituír nulos

Replaces null or missing data in the list of columns with the supplied text.

Date and Time

Performs date and time transformations on data in the list of column indexes.

The date and time values depends on the locale settings.

Date String:
Year: returns the year of the date.
Start of Year: returns the date value of the first day of the year.
End of Year: returns the date value of the last day of the year.
Month: returns the month number of the date.
Month Name: returns the month name of the date.
Start of Month: returns the date value of first day of the month.
End of Month: returns the date value of the last day of the month.
Day: returns the day of the month.
Day of Week: returns the day of the week.
Day of Year: returns the day of the year.
Quarter: returns the quarter number of the date.
Start of Quarter: returns the date value of the first day of the quarter.
End of Quarter: returns the date value of the last day of the quarter.
Hour: returns the hour of the date.
Minute: returns the minute of the date.
Second: returns the second of the date.
Time: returns the time of the date.

Find and Replace

Finds and replaces values in Column index number.

Add

Click Add to include the selected transformation to the transformation set. Transformations are included at the bottom of the list.

If the order of transformations is important, plan the sequence of transformations in advance.

Delete

Deletes the transformation from the list.

Apply

Applies the transformations to the provided data and displays results in the preview area for inspection. The data is not loaded in the spreadsheet until you press OK.

The data formatting can be set with a right-click on the preview table column headers. The corresponding database range column is then selected. Format the cells with the context menu.
