Xestionar nomes

Abre una caixa de diálogo na que se poden xestionar os nomes da folla de cálculo.

Para acceder a esta orde...

From the menu bar:

Escolla Folla - Intervalos con nome e expresións - Xestionar.

From the tabbed interface:

Escolla Inserir - Xestionar nomes.

Escolla Datos - Xestionar nomes.

No menú Inserir da lapela Inserir escolla Xestionar.

Na lista despregábel da Caixa de nomes da Barra de fórmulas seleccione Xestionar nomes.

Área de nomes

Seleccione un intervalo con nome ou unha fórmula con nome da lista para modificar as súas propiedades

Nome

Enter the name of the area for which you want to define a reference or a formula expression. All area names already defined in the spreadsheet are listed in the text field above. If you click a name on the list, the corresponding reference in the document will be shown with a blue frame. If multiple cell ranges belong to the same area name, they are displayed with different colored frames.

Intervalo ou expresión de fórmula

The reference of the selected area name is shown here as an absolute value.

To insert a new area reference, place the cursor in this field and use your mouse to select the desired area in any sheet of your spreadsheet document. To insert a new named formula, type the formula expression.

Encoller / Expandir

Prema na icona Encoller para reducir o diálogo ao tamaño do campo de entrada. Así é máis doado marcar a referencia requirida na folla. As iconas convértense automaticamente na icona Expandir. Prémaa para restaurar a caixa de diálogo para o seu tamaño orixinal.

A caixa de diálogo minimízase automaticamente cando se preme co rato nunha folla. Así que se solta o botón, a caixa de diálogo restáurase e o intervalo de referencia definido mediante o rato é realzado no documento a través dun marco azul.

Select the scope of the named range or named formula. Document (Global) means the name is valid for the whole document. Any other sheet name selected will restrict the scope of the named range or formula expression to that sheet.

Range options

Allows you to specify the Area type (optional) for the reference.

Define opcións adicionais relacionadas co tipo de área de referencia.

Intervalo de impresión

Defines the area as a print range.

Filtro

Defines the selected area to be used in an advanced filter.

Repeat column

Defines the area as a repeating column.

Repeat row

Defines the area as a repeating row.

Engadir

Click the Add button to add a new defined name.

Eliminar

Elimina os elementos seleccionados despois da confirmación.
